FAQ’s

  • All items take up to 2 weeks to make and ship.

    This is because they are all handmade by Zoe - a one-woman-band up in their Attic.

    You will receive a tracking number once they have been made and on their way.

    If you have an urgent request, please contact zintheattic@gmail.com and they may be able to help ship your item sooner.

  • Care instructions :

    All items are handmade to a high standard with overlocked seams for durability.

    To ensure they stay the way they are meant to we recommend :

    * Wash at 30*c

    * Line or air dry

    * Do not tumble dry

    * Do not bleach

    * Keep away from fire

    Adventure Period Pants:

    Wash before wearing for the first time.

    Rinse in cold water after wearing then pop in the wash with the rest of your laundry.

    DO NOT USE FABRIC CONDITIONER - this leaves a coating on the surface and reduces absorbency.

  • All items will be posted in recycled packaging, we love to reuse and reduce waste by using things that have already been produced and are fit for purpose.

  • All listings will have a size chart. If you need any further information or feel the size doesn’t cater for you, please contact zintheattic@gmail.com where we will try to help out.

  • Returns on standard sized products are only accepted if the item(s) have not been washed or worn and returned to Z in the Attic in the same condition it was issued. If it has, the order will be returned to you.

    We accept orders that are returned within 14 days of you receiving it if you change your mind. You will receive a full refund, minus postage.

    If your order does not arrive in a timely fashion, please let us know as soon as possible so we can chase the provider. Any refund and/or replacement will be processed once the delivery partner has classed the parcel as lost as per their standard terms

    We do not accept returns on custom orders where the item has been adapted to your own specific requirements.

    If you do receive an order that has a fault or is not up to our high standards, please email zintheattic@gmail.com as soon as possible whereby a full refund or exchange will be offered.

  • T&Cs

    The workshop space at The Hive and Rootstock are up 2 flights of stairs, please take this into consideration before booking.

    The sessions will last for 2 hours. Materials will be provided but you will also have the opportunity to purchase extra materials.

    Please feel free to bring your own materials along too.

    Tea, coffee and festive treats will be provided.

    Payment is non-refundable, if you cannot attend, I will try my best to fill your space, but if this is not possible, I am afraid I cannot provide a refund.

    In the event that I have to cancel, full refunds will be given.

    If you have any specific medical conditions or dietary requirements, please let me know.

    Places on the sessions are limited and can only be secured with full payment.

    By booking your space you are agreeing to the points raised above.

    On the night, please arrive so that we can have a prompt start.
